¿Qué pasa si no encuentro mi vehículo en la app? | What happens if I can't find my vehicle in the app?

Si no encuentras tu vehículo en la app, puedes decírnoslo en https://www.qoobers.com/newvehicle Validaremos la compatibilidad de tu VMP y lo añadiremos a la app. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If you can't find your vehicle in the app, you can tell us at https://www.qoobers.com/newvehicle We will validate the compatibility of your PMD and we will add it to the app.



¿Puedo saber el estado de carga de mi batería? | Can I know the charging status?

Sí, la información de la carga se puede consultar en la sección "Mi historial" dentro de la app, en el apartado "Estacionado" ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Yes, the load information can be consulted in the "My history" section within the app, in the "Parked" section



¿Puedo cargar mi vehículo si no está en la app? | Can I charge my vehicle if it is not in the app?

Si tu vehículo no aparece en la app no podrás cargarlo en el QOOB. Debes seleccionar "other" en el listado. Si en la instalación dispone de algún QOOB con enchufe podrás cargarlo con tu cargador conectánodolo a la red. En cualquier caso puedes usar el QOOB como parking aunque no puedas cargar tu VMP. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If your vehicle does not appear in the app, you will not be able to load it in the QOOB. You must select "other" in the list. If the installation has a QOOB with a socket, you can charge it with your charger by connecting it to the network. In any case you can use the QOOB as a parking lot even if you cannot load your PMD.

¿Qué hago si mi móvil no puede leer el código QR? | What do I do if my mobile cannot read the QR code?

Si tu móvil no detecta el código QR, inserta el código alfanumérico que aparece junto al QR de forma manual clicando en "Insertar ID de QOOB" ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If your mobile does not detect the QR code, manually insert the alphanumeric code that appears next to the QR by clicking on "Insert QOOB ID"
